At Oakwood Learning Center, our mission is to teach the whole child and strengthen academic and critical thinking skills. We provide individualized attention and small classes in a positive and encouraging environment.

 

Our primary goal is to provide your child with a safe and nurturing place to LEARN important skills, GROW as a person, and CONNECT with their peers and the world around them.

Classes

STEM, writing, reading, and art are at the heart of Oakwood Learning Center. Love to learn through fun, hands-on, and age appropriate lessons. Students learn in small group classes and workshops which allows for individual attention and help.

Summer Sessions

Summer is a time to have fun, be outdoors, enjoy nature, make friends, and learn science! Spend a week during the summer learning fun science themed lessons while HAVING FUN!

Science Fun

Above all, learning is fun. We think learning happens most effectively when children are engaged and having fun. That's why we create fun parties and game nights with one part education and two parts fun!

Tutoring

Learning is an adventure.  We believe every child has the ability to succeed. One-on-one tutoring gives teachers a chance to customize education to a child's learning styles and preferences.

If your child is sick, has any cold symptoms, or has been exposed to Covid-19 then we ask that you please keep your child home. Please communicate with us if you find out that your child has tested positive for Covid-19. Likewise, we will inform you if we hear of any exposure to our center. Thank you for your cooperation!
